Group Mastermind Coaching has stood the test of time, as Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich) has taught us. The synergy created between like minds, working on like situations, towards a common goal offers a creative experience of sharing the coaching experience with others. Mastermind groups have 6-8 individuals that gather on a regular basis either via phone, or in person, to confidentially share challenges, brainstorm ideas and learnings, make decisions, and help hold each other accountable to achieving their intentions.

Akashic Record Reading: The Akasha is the energy substance from which all life is formed and is accessed through prayer. The Akashic records can be thought of as the universe’s super computer system that acts as a central storehouse for all information of every person who has ever lived.

The information in the Records can help us to understand patterns of behavior, the way we choose to respond, the relationships we are in and our belief systems. Both personal and business records can be accessed.

During a reading I open myself to the information in your record and allow myself to receive and share with you that which you have questions about. The records are so vast, it is helpful if you have prepared specific questions in the areas of your life in which you would like to focus. All information is treated with the utmost of honor, respect, and confidentiality.

This service is offered as an individual coaching session at $100/hour. Akashic Record Reading or intuitive reading can also be combined with Life Coaching as an additional tool for self discovery and decision making.

Business Development Programs
The Business Building Program has helped companies around the world.  Our step-by-step program is designed to help you get your business started, or growing to the next level.  You will work with a coach in creating a solid foundation- taking a look at your decision to be successful, your business vision, and the benefits you’ll enjoy as your business works for you.

Next, you will identify your ideal client, learn how to describe what it is you help them with, and most importantly how you work with them.  As you create your process, or “how” for helping your client, you will see the connection as to the way you can use this to write a book, articles for publication, and even use it for creating presentations.  All of these, of course, can be used in marketing to your client.

Then you will create your “marketing train”.  You will decide on your “engine”… the marketing strategy that you will consistently work on. This is the active marketing strategy.  The “cars” are the passive strategies like websites, grassroots marketing, ezines, that you will choose from.  To bring up the end of your train, will be the “caboose”… your methods of obtaining referrals and keeping in touch with past clients.

Additional steps in the program can include Mastering the Sales Process for optimal client conversion, Overcoming Objections, and Setting Your Fees for maximum effectiveness.

This is a 12 week program conducted over the phone with a maximum of 8 participants per group.  The group meets 3 times per month for 75 minutes.

The Business Support Program is geared to the solopreneur or entrepreneur who desires individual attention and support.  This program covers all topics in the Business Development Program and allows for individual attention for refining your presentations for speaking engagements, preparing your “how” for books, articles, and presentations, and implementing marketing campaigns.

Meetings are conducted by phone 3 times monthly for 40 minutes. It is a year long commitment with the option to continue month to month.

The Business Shadowing Program is designed for the solopreneur who is really stuck!  This person is unsure of which way to start and only knows that they need something beyond what they can do to get started. 

On a pre-arranged appointment, Wendy will come to your home-office or small office to “shadow” you during your work day.  This is a 3 day commitment during which information will be observed and gathered as to how your time is being spent.  You will be coached in “the moment” and new strategies will be formed for having a more effective work day. 

For optimal effectiveness, this can be combined with the Business Development Program.
