"When I first started working with Wendy I was suffering considerable stress due to very unstable conditions at my employer. While I knew I wanted to change employers, I didn’t know if I wanted to also change careers to work in a different field, or what I was really looking for in a new employer. I decided to work with her based on what I considered her intelligence and unusual powers of observation, and her ability to immediately suggest a practical technique to work with what she had just observed.

After a period of self-inventory under her guidance, I decided to remain in my current field. We then went through a number of exercises to prepare me for interviewing potential new employers, updating my resume, etc. The result was that I was fairly quickly offered a position with wider responsibilities at a substantial salary increase with a new firm, where I am still happily employed.

After resolving the employment question very effectively, I decided to spend some additional time working with Wendy to resolve some personal issues that had been bothering me for some time. As a result of this, I now have greatly improved habits of self-observation and proven techniques to mitigate and replace counter-productive habits that have accumulated over time. I am now steering my life, rather than merely being a passenger.
